Police are searching for the driver of a white vehicle who fled the scene after a crash in Blackpool left a 16-year-old girl with serious head injuries. The incident took place just after midnight on February 23 on Whitegate Drive.
The teenager was one of two passengers on an e-scooter when the collision occurred. Lancashire Police confirmed that the vehicle failed to stop after hitting them and remains unaccounted for.
